ATX Core Network provides low-voltage installation services and sells third-party hardware and accessories. Product availability may vary. Hardware purchases do not imply manufacturer affiliation or authorized dealership status.

2. Installation Services

• Installation services are available in the Austin Metro area only

• Pricing starts at $200+ and may increase depending on project size and complexity

• Installation service fees are separate from hardware purchase

• We guarantee professional setup, testing, and workmanship on all installations

3. Payments

For installation services:

• 50% upfront, 50% upon completion

• No recurring fees or subscriptions unless clearly stated

For hardware purchases:

• No installation is included unless selected as an add-on service

4. Service Scheduling

Appointment dates and arrival times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or project load. Customers will be notified of any changes.

5. Warranty & Liability

✔ We guarantee our workmanship on installations

⚠ We are not responsible for:

• Manufacturer defects in third-party products

• Internet outages, power failures, or device misuse after installation

• Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or incorrect DIY wiring

Our liability is limited to the service fee paid for installation.

6. Refunds

Installation service fees are refundable only if:

• The appointment is canceled 48 hours before scheduled arrival

• Service was not delivered by our technician team

Hardware purchases follow the refund/return policy of the supplier we source from. If we assist with returns, shipping fees may apply.

7. Customer Responsibility

Customers must ensure:

• Safe access to work areas (attics, walls, outdoor mounts, garages, etc.)

• Correct electrical sources for floodlight installs

• Permission from property owners if renting or not the homeowner

8. Safety

Technicians may refuse or stop service if:

• The environment is unsafe

• The electrical/network path violates safety standards

• Aggressive or threatening behavior occurs

9. Agreement

By purchasing hardware or booking installation, you agree to these Terms of Service.
